Terima kasih About the role Central Auto is seeking a dedicated Staf Purchasing/Sourcing to join our dynamic procurement team. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur . In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our purchasing operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and components essential to our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimise our supply chain and contribute to the company's operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities Source and identify potential suppliers for materials, components, and services required by the organisation Prepare detailed requests for quotations (RFQs) and analyse supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards

Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value and service levels Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality compliance, and service standards
