Staf Export Import

About the role PT. Louisiana Far East is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staf Export Import to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing our import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating smooth cross-border trade transactions. As a key member of our customs and logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and maintaining relationships with customs authorities and shipping partners. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation as a reliable trading partner and ensuring timely delivery of our frozen seafoods cargo to our clients.

Key responsibilities Preparing and processing export and import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and packing lists Liaising with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all import and export regulations and requirements

Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics partners to arrange transportation of goods Monitoring shipment status and tracking goods throughout the export and import process Calculating and verifying freight charges, duties, and taxes associated with shipments

Maintaining detailed records of all export and import transactions and documentation Resolving discrepancies and issues that arise during customs clearance procedures Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding shipment details, timelines, and requirements

Assisting in identifying cost-saving opportunities in logistics and customs processes Ensuring all shipments comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies What we're looking for
