PT Shoetown Footwear Industrial Indonesia is seeking a Staf Exim (Import/Export Staff) to join our operations team. This is a full-time position based in Majalengka, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the import and export operations that are critical to our footwear manufacturing and distribution business. You will serve as a key member of our logistics and customs team, ensuring that all international shipments comply with regulatory requirements and are processed efficiently to support our business objectives. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in documentation and strong coordination with various stakeholders to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and process import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin; Calculate and manage import duties, taxes, and other trade-related costs; Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions and ensure documentation is properly filed and archived; Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments; Stay updated on changes to trade regulations, tariff classifications, and customs procedures that may impact operations; Support the development and maintenance of import/export processes and best practices.
