Posisi COC INA Staff bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola seluruh rangkaian proses penjualan mulai dari pencarian prospek hingga penutupan transaksi, serta mengembangkan kampanye pemasaran guna mendongkrak omzet perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing; Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area; Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements; Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts; Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Kualifikasi: Prior experience of sales in shipping, freight forwarding, or import-export logistics; Knowledge and understanding of market dynamics, shipping procedures, and port operations; Fluent in English; Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
