Join Laneige as a Retail Operation Supervisor and take charge of sales performance, store excellence, and Beauty Advisor development across our retail network. What you'll Gain: Drive Retail Performance & Business Growth Take ownership of retail performance across multiple stores, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and business results that make a visible impact. Collaborate Across Functions Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training teams to execute impactful campaigns and create seamless retail experiences. What you bring: D3 or S1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail sales operations (area supervisor or store manager), preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry Proven experience managing field teams or Beauty Advisors Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer experience Strong analytic skills and detailed oriented Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willing to travel and conduct frequent store visits Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) What awaits you:
