Thamrin Nine merupakan pengembang superblock kelas dunia yang mendefinisikan ulang lanskap kota Jakarta melalui konsep urban village yang terintegrasi secara vertikal. Kami mencari desainer interior senior yang kreatif dan ambisius untuk bergabung dalam tim kami guna membentuk masa depan ruang hunian dan kerja yang inovatif. Sebagai Sr Interior Designer, Anda akan memimpin seluruh tahapan desain interior, mulai dari pengembangan konsep, perencanaan ruang, hingga dokumentasi konstruksi. Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti arsitek, kontraktor, dan konsultan untuk memastikan visi desain terimplementasi dengan sempurna pada proyek-proyek high-rise dan hunian mewah kami.
Tanggung jawab: Collaborate with management to establish project design briefs, requirements, and design criteria in alignment with the company’s vision and project objectives; Oversee and coordinate all interior design stages, from concept development and schematic design to design development and construction documentation; Lead multidisciplinary design coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy; Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape drawings to identify potential design conflicts and ensure seamless integration; Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender drawings, and technical documentation in coordination with the Project Controller and relevant project teams; Prepare, review, and coordinate Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings for submission to the Project Management team; Conduct periodic site inspections and coordinate with the Construction Management team to ensure design intent, quality standards, and technical specifications are properly implemented; Monitor project progress and proactively resolve design-related issues to support timely project delivery; Provide technical guidance and design-related support to the Commercial team and other departments as required.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.; Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, preferably involving high-rise buildings and luxury residential developments. Proven experience in interior design development, space planning, renovation, and new construction p; Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English.; Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project.
