As a Sr. Footwear Commercialization Specialist, you will lead the commercialization process from the receipt of the RTB package through the start of bulk production. You will partner with factory teams to ensure timely execution, drive tech trials, and resolve issues related to fit, wear, and functionality to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the commercialization process from RTB package receipt to bulk production; Partner with factory teams for timely execution; Drive Tech Trials (Tech 2, 3, and 4) to ensure fit, wear, and functionality; Plan and manage commercialization timelines; Confirm cutting manipulations and bottom production blueprints; Review manufacturing SOPs and COVAs; Provide technical guidance on construction, materials, and costing; Support Proto, GTM, and Sales samples.
Kualifikasi: Passionate and dedicated Footwear Production and QC Manager; Experience in commercialization processes; Ability to travel frequently to factories and component suppliers.
