Kraft Heinz mencari individu yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan untuk bergabung sebagai Sr Buyer MRO & Capex. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan mengelola pengeluaran untuk kategori MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) dan CAPEX (Capital Expenditure). Anda bertanggung jawab memimpin proses pengadaan dari awal hingga akhir, membangun hubungan dengan pemasok lokal maupun global, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas pengadaan selaras dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan standar pengadaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage spend across MRO and CAPEX categories to support business requirements and sourcing objectives; Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFQs, competitive bidding, negotiations, and shipment coordination; Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs; Develop and maintain effective relationships with local and global suppliers; Ensure sourcing activities are executed in compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or any related discipline.; Minimal 3 year experience in procurement of MRO / CAPEX or related field.; Preferred experience from FMCGs or F&B Industries.; Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.; Good command of English and Bahasa and sound computer skills.; Sourcing skills, knowledge in various Indirect category.; Negotiation skills and e-sourcing capability.; Ability to work under ambiguity and excellent interpersonal skills.
