The Sr. Applied AI Specialist is a high-agency, full-stack role focused on building real-world AI products that solve actual business problems. The position requires a deep understanding of business workflows and the ability to prioritize impact, feasibility, and urgency. The specialist is expected to own the entire development lifecycle, from customer conversation to shipping a live product. Responsibilities include setting baselines, instrumenting funnels, and managing unit economics to report real progress. The role involves building with AI coding and agent tools (such as Cursor and Claude Code) and maintaining a full-stack capability, including backend and frontend development. The specialist must operate with a product and design mindset, ensuring that the solutions built are not only technically sound but also provide a great user experience within regulated spaces.

Kualifikasi: Full-stack capability with AI tooling; Experience shipping real products that people use (not demos); Ability to build with AI coding and agent tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.); High-agency and self-directed; Product and design sense; Comfortable building in a regulated space; Ability to share GitHub or portfolio of built projects.
