Perusahaan mencari Area Sales Supervisor untuk produk smartphone dengan penempatan di Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Pusat, atau Balikpapan. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam memperluas jaringan dealer dan memastikan target penjualan bulanan tercapai. Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk membangun hubungan baik dengan dealer, meningkatkan citra toko, serta mengawasi performa promotor. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan analisis pasar yang kuat dan mampu memimpin tim untuk mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Expand new customers/dealers and build good relationships with dealers and team members; Enhance store image and improve the Company’s product branding; Responsible for achieving monthly sell-through and sell-out targets; Responsible for gift allocation; Oversee promoter performance together with trainers to ensure smooth operations; Update job assessments monthly based on regional and country strategies.
Kualifikasi: Good communication and negotiation skills, target result-oriented; Experience in the related field with retail gadget sales, minimum 1–2 years (competitor company preferred) as a Supervisor; Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Strong market and data analysis skills; Familiar with Microsoft Office/software; Team leading experience; Fluency in English is a must; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
