Requirements : · Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources/related. · Proven work experience as an HR Generalist with min 5 years experience. · Understand and have experience handling HRIS. · Strong knowledge of ManPower regulations and BPJS. · Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices. · Strong in Recruitment and OD. · Understand HR operational process. · Sharp time management skills. · Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data and attention to detail. · Having Integrity, highly initiative and a good team player.
