About the role We are seeking an experienced and talented Finance Supervisor to join our team at PT GOLD EMPEROR INDONESIA'. In this full-time role based in Brebes, Central Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting functions of our organisation. This is a key strategic position that will have a significant impact on the financial performance and stability of our company. What you'll be doing Managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and financial analyses to support business decision-making Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk

Providing financial guidance and support to other departments across the organisation Supervising and mentoring the finance team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the accounting and financial reporting industry Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations

Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams A proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
