Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience teaching or supporting students with special educational needs is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of learning differences, developmental challenges, and inclusive teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student-centered learning
• Ability to work respectfully within a multicultural and diverse school community

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student
• Provide engaging, differentiated instruction across academic, social, and life-skills domains
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and self-advocacy
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, school counselors, and shadow teachers to support students’ holistic development
• Use appropriate teaching methods, resources, and assistive technologies to facilitate effective learning
• Monitor, document, and communicate students’ progress and development on a regular basis
• Support school-wide initiatives, events, and activities related to inclusion and student well-being
