Sparks Music menerapkan pendekatan Adventure-Based Learning pertama di Indonesia untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar musik yang menyenangkan, terstruktur, dan bermakna bagi anak-anak. Perusahaan sedang mencari pengajar musik yang bersemangat untuk bergabung di Cirebon dalam lingkungan kerja yang kreatif dan suportif. Sebagai Vocal Teacher, Anda akan bertanggung jawab memberikan pelajaran musik yang menarik dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan setiap siswa. Anda akan membimbing siswa melalui pertunjukan, resital, dan pencapaian perkembangan musik mereka, serta bekerja sama dalam tim pengajar yang kolaboratif.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver engaging music lessons tailored to each student; Guide students through performances, recitals, and progress milestones; Work in a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Music or an International Music Certification (ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, or equivalent); At least 1 year of music teaching experience; Proficient in reading sheet music; Passionate about teaching children aged 4–15 years; Strong communication skills with both children and parents; Communicative, disciplined, patient, and responsible.
