Achieve individual and clinic sales targets by promoting premium packages and high-end services. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services based on client profiles. Manage consultations from inquiry to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience.

Ensure clients are well-informed of procedures, pricing, aftercare, and expectations. Running all the clinic initiative that translate to sales Customer Experience & Retention

Deliver luxury level service that enhances client satisfaction and loyalty. Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and premium environment for clients.
