Posisi Solution Architect - AWS bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan mengusulkan solusi cloud dasar berdasarkan kebutuhan pelanggan menggunakan layanan AWS. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi erat dengan tim Sales, Presales, dan teknis untuk memberikan solusi cloud yang tepat. Selain itu, pemegang posisi ini akan mendukung diskusi teknis, presentasi, penyusunan dokumentasi teknis, serta membantu dalam Proof of Concept (PoC), deployment, dan pemecahan masalah teknis. Peran ini juga menuntut pembaruan berkelanjutan mengenai layanan cloud AWS dan praktik terbaik industri.
Tanggung jawab: Design and propose basic cloud solutions based on customer requirements using AWS services; Support technical discussions, presentations, and solution proposals with customers and partners; Assist in preparing solution architecture, BoQ, and technical documentation; Support Proof of Concept (PoC), deployment, and technical troubleshooting; Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to deliver suitable cloud solutions; Stay updated on AWS cloud services and best practices.
Kualifikasi: 1–2 years of experience in Cloud, Solution Architecture, System Engineering, or related roles; Fresh graduates with similar technical exposure or projects are welcomed to apply; Basic hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch; Understanding of basic cloud architecture, networking, security, and infrastructure concepts; Experience with solution design, technical documentation, or customer-facing technical activities is a plus; AWS certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate or any cloud certifications with the same level is an additional value; Good communication and analytical skills; Willingness to learn and develop expertise in cloud technologies.
