Software Quality Assurance bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kualitas, keandalan, dan performa produk perangkat lunak sepanjang siklus pengembangan (SDLC). Peran ini melibatkan pengujian menyeluruh, mulai dari pengujian fungsional, regresi, hingga API testing untuk memastikan aplikasi memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dan performa yang diharapkan. Selain melakukan pengujian teknis, posisi ini memimpin User Acceptance Testing (UAT), yang mencakup penyusunan skenario tes dan koordinasi aktivitas pengujian sebelum produk diserahkan kepada klien. Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan tim produk dan pengembang untuk mengidentifikasi, mendokumentasikan, serta melacak bug guna memastikan perbaikan yang efektif dan peningkatan kualitas produk secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of applications throughout the development lifecycle; Perform functional, regression, and API testing; Conduct API testing and validation using Postman; Perform continuous testing to maintain the quality of applications before release; Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring test cases are properly executed; Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business requirements; Identify, document, and track bugs; Work closely with developers to analyze reported issues and validate fixes; Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, workflows, and overall product quality.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related role; Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset; Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies; Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
