The Fulfilment Engineering team at Grab builds the technology that connects demand with supply across various services, solving complex marketplace problems such as allocation, driver experience, reliability, and operational efficiency. The team supports millions of transactions across Southeast Asia and collaborates closely with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations teams to develop scalable systems. As a Software Engineering Manager II, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating critical fulfilment capabilities. You will be expected to remain technically fluent while empowering senior individual contributors to lead architecture and technical decisions. Your role involves creating conditions for the team to deliver reliable outcomes, growing strong technical leaders, and translating business priorities into an effective engineering roadmap.
