Perusahaan membuka lowongan bagi posisi Social Media Specialist untuk mengemban misi mendorong kampanye luxury yacht, berinteraksi dengan audiens kelas atas, serta memperluas jangkauan digital perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut Anda untuk merencanakan dan mengeksekusi strategi media sosial secara komprehensif, menciptakan konten visual berkualitas tinggi yang sejalan dengan citra merek yang mewah, aspiratif, dan eksperensial. Anda juga akan bekerja sama erat dengan tim penjualan guna menyelaraskan kampanye digital dengan tujuan penghasilan prospek (lead generation).
Tanggung jawab: Manage and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.); Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (feed, reels, stories); Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone (luxury, aspirational, experiential); Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries; respond or redirect to sales team; Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly; Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to the yacht/luxury travel industry; Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and influencers when needed; Support campaign launches (promotions, new yachts, special voyages); Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms; Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram); Define target audience, budget allocation, and campaign objectives; Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with lead generation goals; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role; Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager); Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. (especially for lifestyle/luxury brands); Good eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and branding; Basic skills in photo/video editing (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut); Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret ad performance data; Excellent copywriting skills in English; Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.); Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines; Strong communication and coordination skills; Work Location: In person.
