PT Greenfield Work and Flow di Ubud, Bali, mencari Social Media & Content Creator yang kreatif dan energik untuk posisi penuh waktu. Peran ini bertindak sebagai penggerak utama kehadiran online perusahaan, menyusun konten menarik yang selaras dengan komunitas, serta mempromosikan inisiatif pembangunan berkelanjutan. Anda akan berkolaborasi secara on-site untuk memperkuat misi, berinteraksi dengan audiens, dan membangun narasi autentik yang menginspirasi perubahan positif.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; Creating original, engaging and on-brand content including photography, videography, written posts and graphics; Managing daily social media operations including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to community comments and messages; Collaborating with team members and community partners to identify compelling stories and development initiatives to feature; Analysing social media metrics and performance data to optimise content strategy and reporting on key performance indicators; Building and nurturing an engaged online community that aligns with our values and mission; Staying current with social media trends, platform updates and best practices in content creation; Producing monthly content calendars and editorial plans that support marketing and community development objectives; Supporting the coordination of online campaigns and community engagement initiatives; Be a Host live for Tiktok live session.
