Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Social Media, Marketing & Content Creator We are looking for a creative, organised, and driven Social Media, Marketing & Content Creator to join our in-house team full-time in Bali. You will own our social channels, produce and edit content, lead influencer relationships, and play a key role in bringing each new collection to life online. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with creativity — perfect for someone who loves both the making and the planning side of content. What You'll Do Content Creation & Social Media

Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and content across photoshoots, events and day-to-day brand moments Edit footage and produce posts, stories and reels for the content calendar using software such as CapCut Post and manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest: maintain grid aesthetic, publish posts, reels and stories, and manage highlights

Build and execute monthly marketing strategies designed to drive sales across DTC and wholesale channels Collection Launches & Influencer Gifting Manage pre-launch content and influencer gifting campaigns across each 3-month collection cycle

Find and vet influencers, manage outreach, coordinate product gifting and shipping, and repost and archive influencer content Assist with content and documentation during collection launch events and pop-ups Asset Management & Growth

File, organise and archive all assets from photoshoots and content sessions in an ongoing digital library Collaborate with our IT and ads team to connect organic content with paid growth strategy Stay current on trends, best practices and the latest software for an efficient content workflow
