OSI Electronics provides high-quality manufacturing solutions, including turnkey assembly and product lifecycle management. The SMT Technician is responsible for the operational readiness of SMT lines, including setup, conversion, and fine-tuning to meet production output and quality yield targets. This role requires hands-on machine maintenance, line tidying, and adherence to 6S standards. The technician works closely with the team to resolve production issues and communicates effectively with superiors to escalate problems that require additional support.
