Site Selection & Business Development Assistant

Jakarta, Indonesia IDR 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 per month Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, capability, and interview performance. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

We are looking for a Site Selection & Business Development Assistant to support the company’s business expansion and new store development in Jakarta and surrounding areas. This position will assist the company owner and management team in researching shopping malls, commercial areas, and potential store locations. Assist the company owner and management team in conducting site visits and field research for shopping malls, commercial streets, office areas, and community-based commercial locations in Jakarta and surrounding areas.

Collect basic information on target shopping malls and commercial properties, including location, customer traffic, customer profile, tenant mix, restaurant brands, rental level, leasing conditions, and competitor information. Prepare site research reports, shopping mall analysis reports, and comparison tables based on field visits and collected information. Communicate regularly with shopping mall leasing departments, leasing managers, property teams, and related business contacts.

Assist in following up on available units, rental terms, leasing procedures, required documents, and meeting arrangements with mall management. Support the arrangement of site inspections, business meetings, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. Help maintain external relationships with shopping malls, property management teams, leasing agents, and other commercial property contacts.

Complete other business development, site selection, and administrative support tasks assigned by management. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related fields is preferred. Interested in shopping malls, commercial areas, restaurant markets, and business expansion.
