Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang konstruksi dan pengembangan properti, mencakup hunian, infrastruktur kota, dan fasilitas umum. Kami mencari tenaga ahli untuk memastikan kualitas pekerjaan di lapangan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi melakukan inspeksi harian terhadap aktivitas konstruksi, memantau kualitas pekerjaan kontraktor, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis, serta mengidentifikasi cacat konstruksi untuk tindakan perbaikan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam pelaporan progres proyek, koordinasi dengan kontraktor, serta memastikan penerapan standar K3 (HSE) di lokasi proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct daily inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Company SOPs; Monitor the quality of construction works related to residential units, infrastructure, and supporting facilities within the assigned project area; Verify contractor and subcontractor work execution to ensure compliance with approved methods, technical requirements, and project schedules; Identify construction defects, non-conformities, and site issues, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and relevant stakeholders; Monitor project progress and provide accurate site reports, including work achievements, issues, risks, an recommendations; Ensure all construction materials used on site comply with approved specifications and quality standards; Assist in site measurements, work verification, and progress assessments for project control and payment evaluation purposes; Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/K3) requirements across the project site; Coordinate with stakeholders to support smooth project execution; Maintain proper documentation of inspection records, quality observations, site instructions, and project progress; Escalate significant technical issues, quality concerns, safety violations, and project risks to the Site Manager in a timely manner; Support the achievement of project targets related to quality, schedule, safety, and operational performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Site Inspector, Site Engineer, Field Supervisor, or in a similar position; Familiar with residential construction, township infrastructure, and public facilities; Able to read construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications; Knowledgeable in construction quality control and site inspection procedures; Familiar with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices in construction; Able to prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation; Able to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders; Willing to be assigned to project sites.
