Arbeit Group sedang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional handal untuk menempati posisi Site Engineer Thermal/HVAC (Data Center) dengan penempatan onsite di Batam, Indonesia. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pelaksanaan teknik proyek, koordinasi lapangan, serta kegiatan konstruksi yang berkaitan erat dengan sistem termal, mekanikal, dan infrastruktur pusat data (data center). Kandidat terpilih akan berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan klien, konsultan, kontraktor, dan vendor guna memastikan seluruh spesifikasi teknis dan standar keselamatan terpenuhi.
Kualifikasi: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as Site Engineer/Project Execution, especially in Thermal/Mechanical/HVAC; Experience working on Data Center projects is highly preferred; Strong experience in project engineering, site coordination, and construction activities; Good understanding of HVAC, MEP, CDU, FDU, FWU systems and data center infrastructure; Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, engineer, contractors, and vendors; Able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Willing to work onsite/project-based and support project requirements when needed; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Familiarity with installation, testing and commissioning, QA/QC, HSE, and project documentation; Relevant engineering/project certifications will be an advantage; Able to join ASAP.
