PT Kemitraan MNK BME (KMB) is a joint venture between PT BME Indonesia and PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia, specializing in integrated blasting services for surface and underground mining. The company leverages advanced technology to provide comprehensive products and services to the mining sector. The Site Coordinator is a leadership role responsible for overseeing operational excellence at the project site. This includes coordinating daily and weekly meetings with customers and internal teams, monitoring production targets, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols, and managing the supply chain of blasting materials. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the site operations and stakeholders, including Mine Operations, Mine Planning, and HSE departments.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate weekly meetings with customers regarding production realization, annual targets, and SOP/Safety compliance; Coordinate internal daily meetings to ensure product availability, equipment, and maintenance needs; Monitor explosive material levels (AN & Accessories) in the warehouse; Arrange manpower rosters for project shift schedules; Monitor product quality from the plant to ensure standards are met; Supervise field projects to ensure work adheres to SOPs and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi: Minimum S1 in Mining, Geology, or Civil Engineering; Minimum 10 years of experience in the blasting/mining industry; Minimum 4 years of experience in underground mining; Possess KJL II & POM certification; Ability to lead underground blasting operations and coordinate with Owners, Mine Operation, Mine Planning, and HSE.
