Peran ini berfokus pada pengelolaan desain arsitektur dan koordinasi teknis dalam proyek real estate atau hospitality. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan koherensi desain melalui kolaborasi dengan insinyur dan disiplin ilmu lainnya, serta melakukan kontrol kualitas pada gambar dan perhitungan teknis. Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup pembuatan dokumen desain, spesifikasi, serta pengelolaan kontraktor dan konsultan di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to ensure coherent and correct; Undertake quality assurance checking of drawings and calculations produced by self and that of other team members; Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked prior to external issue; Produce architectural design briefs, documents, reports and specifications; Undertake architectural, schematic and concept design for assigned projects; Authority to manage contractors and consultants.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in working with consultant is preferable; Hospitality experienced are preferable; Willing to be placed at West Java.
