Peran ini berfokus pada pengelolaan, pemeliharaan, dan optimalisasi toko online berbasis Shopify untuk berbagai brand di sektor kecantikan, pendidikan, dan pemasaran. Shopify Developer bertanggung jawab menangani aspek teknis website, mulai dari kustomisasi tema, perbaikan bug, peningkatan kecepatan halaman, hingga integrasi sistem pihak ketiga, guna memastikan pengalaman belanja pelanggan yang optimal dan mendukung pertumbuhan penjualan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and maintain Shopify stores, including products, collections, navigation, content, discounts, and promotions; Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and other store information; Customize Shopify themes and website layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid; Build and improve product pages, landing pages, and other key store pages; Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, usability, and overall customer experience; Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce friction throughout the customer journey; Monitor store performance and use Shopify analytics and other relevant tools to identify areas for improvement; Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps and third-party integrations; Troubleshoot website issues, resolve bugs, and implement technical improvements; Support integrations with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and sales automation tools where required; Work with designers and marketing teams to implement campaigns, promotions, and website updates; Maintain website quality, functionality, and brand consistency across all assigned stores; Take ownership of tasks, recommend improvements, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, Shopify Specialist, Web Developer, or in a similar e-commerce role; Hands-on experience managing a live Shopify store through Shopify Admin; Good knowledge of Shopify themes, theme customization, and store configuration.
