Shop Manager for Specialty Store (Surabaya Area)

We are looking for a strong Store Manager (based in Surabaya) to lead our specialty store with commercial mindset and operational excellence. This role suits a leader who can translate strategy into results while driving sales and team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations in line with SOP and company standards

Drive sales performance, productivity, and achievement of store targets Plan and control store operational budget, expenses, and profitability Execute national and in-store promotions to maximize sales results

Ensure excellent customer experience and hands-on selling leadership Lead, coach, and develop store team to build high performance and engagement Analyze performance, solve operational issues, and control shrinkage

Prepare routine store reports and coordinate with Regional Manager Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of experience as Store Manager in retail (specialty fashion retail preferred)

· Minimal Diploma degree in any discipline · Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills · Track record of proactively driving growth and launching initiatives to boost revenue
