Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System. Develop and execute SHE objectives, programs, and action plans aligned with business priorities. Promote a proactive SHE culture through employee engagement, safety leadership, and visible field presence. Facilitate SHE Committee meetings, management reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational safety, environmental, and health regulations. Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders on SHE-related matters. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new requirements. Lead site risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification programs. Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions to mitigate safety risks. Drive behavioral safety programs and contractor safety management activities. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and high-risk work controls. Develop and maintain fire prevention and protection programs. Oversee inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, alarms, and portable extinguishers. Lead emergency preparedness planning, drills, and crisis response activities.
