JOB VACANCY: SHADOW TEACHER Sunshine Academy Indonesia Sunshine Academy Indonesia is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Shadow Teachers . In this role, you will support students directly in partner schools and work closely with our Learning Center team to ensure meaningful learning progress. IDR 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 per month (Adjusted based on student placement and the level of support required.) Partner schools supported by Sunshine Academy Indonesia.
Tanggung jawab: Assist and support students in the school environment based on their individual needs; Help students follow lessons, understand instructions, and manage classroom behavior; Communicate and coordinate with Sunshine Academy , classroom teachers, and parents; Prepare student progress reports; Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct at school.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology (required); Active English skills (spoken and written); Patient, communicative, and passionate about working with children; Able to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents; Experience as a shadow teacher is an advantage.
