About the role Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading is seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs. This is a part-time position based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta . We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping every child reach Key responsibilities Provide one-on-one support for students during classroom learning and school activities. Assist students in following classroom routines, instructions, and learning objectives. Collaborate closely with homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and parents regarding student progress. Observe, document, and report student development regularly. Encourage student independence while providing appropriate guidance and assistance.
