Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengelola dan mengawasi eksekusi seluruh transaksi unit serta aset perusahaan, guna memastikan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, penyelesaian tepat waktu, serta kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi yang berlaku. Anda akan menjalankan proses penyelesaian harian untuk transaksi kas, unit investasi klien, maupun portofolio reksa dana. Selain itu, peran ini menuntut koordinasi erat dengan Bank Kustodian untuk memastikan instruksi transaksi sah dan kepatuhan terhadap batasan cut-off waktu harian.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and oversee the execution of all unit and asset transactions, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, timely settlement, and compliance with the Company's policies and applicable regulatory requirements; Perform daily settlement processes for cash transactions, client investment units, and Mutual Fund portfolios; Review Net Asset Value (NAV) reports provided by Custodian Banks to ensure portfolio holdings and cash positions are accurate and aligned, while maintaining sufficient funds to support transaction settlement; Coordinate with Custodian Banks to ensure daily transactions are executed in accordance with and transaction authorized instructions.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or any related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Settlement, Investment Operations, Securities, Asset Management, Custodian Bank, Banking, or related financial services; Good understanding in securities transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation; Having an experience in mutual fund transactions, securities, Bank Custodian, and brokerage operations; Familiar with S-Invest, is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with transaction and financial data; Able to work tight deadlines and daily transaction cut-off times; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies.
