The Service Specialist for Remote Control Technologies (RCT) is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of RCT products. The primary goal is to ensure that equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to support continuous operations. This role is critical in minimizing equipment downtime and reducing operational costs. The specialist will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, execute repairs, and utilize diagnostic tools to assess the performance of heavy machinery.
