Service Engineer Injection Molding
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Minimum 5 years of proven field service experience, preferably in the injection molding industry. Technical education or diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field. Experience in the injection molding business is mandatory.
Strong ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. Good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing work schedules. Willing to travel frequently across different regions of Indonesia. Possess a valid driving license.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
- Carry out on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and testing of machines and equipment
- Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and recommend proper solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines operate according to required standards
- Prepare accurate and detailed service reports in a timely manner
- Document technical findings, service activities, and corrective actions properly
- Follow all company field service procedures, safety standards, and service protocols
- Coordinate with the internal technical team and share relevant information across the organization
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical recommendations or briefings
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
- Support spare parts identification, service quotation preparation, and follow-up when required
- Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the company
