Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical technical issues effectively and efficiently. Provide technical support and training to customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
Prepare service reports and accurate technical documentation. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all work is performed in accordance to company standard.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical)
- Strong and in-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, control systems, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Having knowledge or minimum 3 years of experience in compressor service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment/systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments as needed.
- Good communication skills.
