What you will do: (Online / Call Activity) 50% Sales Renewal and 50% Service

You will supervise students to help them complete their monthly classes and encourage frequent attendance, ensuring positive learning outcomes. You will contact paid students or their parents to introduce relevant product upgrades, promotions, or renewal options. You will identify up selling opportunities by analyzing customer preferences and class participation trends.

You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to increase customer satisfaction and long-term retention. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and handle objections in a professional manner. You will work towards achieving or exceeding your sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will log all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and continuity. What makes you a fit: Strong track record in sales / renew sales / upselling sales / existing customer sales
