Tanggung jawab: Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables; Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed; Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests; Record transactions in the POS system correctly and timely; Check to guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage; Clean tables, complete opening closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies; Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies); Inform customers about the day’s specials; Offer menu recommendations upon request; Up-sell additional products when appropriate; Provide excellent customer service to guests.
