The Business Development role acts as a bridge between external market opportunities and internal capabilities, with a focus on identifying new revenue streams and supporting business growth. Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities. Identify, explore, and develop new business prospects through both inbound and outbound channels. Plan and execute business development strategies, including product or service diversification and customer retention initiatives.

Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.Lead or support contract negotiations and ensure agreements are implemented effectively. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. Drive innovation in products and services to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the market.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role. Able to adapt quickly to new situations and comfortable with multitasking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly curious, open-minded, and eager to learn new things. Willing to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and work collaboratively in a team.
