Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver effective and measurable results. Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) that align with client goals. Oversee all SEO projects from planning to reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Conduct keyword research, website audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with content, web, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices. Create and maintain SEO templates, content plans, and reports to support consistent performance. Present reports and insights to clients in a clear, strategic, and engaging way. Support the business team in preparing proposals and pitching SEO strategies to potential clients. Keep updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to improve overall performance. Manage partnerships with writers, vendors, and backlink providers. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in SEO with at least 2 years in a leadership role, will be good in a digital agency. Strong SEO business understanding , able to connect SEO performance with business results. Excellent communication and marketing skills, both in client presentations and internal collaboration.
