• Tax Advisory & Planning
• Provide strategic tax advice to corporate and individual clients
• Analyze business transactions and recommend tax-efficient structures
• Identify tax-saving opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Advise clients on local and international tax matters, where applicable
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other business transactions from a tax perspective
• Tax Compliance
• Review and prepare various tax returns and reports, including Corporate Income Tax, Individual Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes, and other applicable taxes
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and payments
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients and stakeholders
• Conduct tax health checks and compliance reviews
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client business operations and identify opportunities for additional tax services
• Deliver high-quality client service and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and present tax reports, recommendations, and findings to clients and management
• Leadership & Team Development
• Supervise and review the work of junior tax consultants and associates
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members
• Support recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives
• Contribute to the development of internal tax methodologies and best practices
