Responsibilities: -Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements (Civil and Structural Engineering part). -Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. -Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. -Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. -Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. -Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering. -At least 5 to 10 years above of working experience in tender management, with at least 2 successful BOQ /RAB (Civil and Structural Engineering part) -Familiar with Autocad, shop drawing , build drawing, Ms. Office, Ms. Project/Primavera. -Able to work independent, handle tendering stage and resolve all the outstanding contractual issued such as back charges, extension of time, final account, variation order and etc. -Experienced in doing high rise aparement /factory building construction. -Candidate must be able to speak, read and write proper English, Mandarin will be a prioritized
