About the role As a Senior SAP HCM/HR and SuccessFactors consultant at PT. LOTTE INNOVATE INDONESIA', you will play a crucial role in providing strategic IT consulting services to our client organisations. Based in Cilegon, Banten, this full-time role will see you delivering expert advice and support on the implementation and optimisation of SAP's human capital management (HCM) and HR solutions, including the SuccessFactors platform. What you'll be doing Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to meet client business requirements Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on the effective use of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement creative solutions to enhance system performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HR and other enterprise systems Document processes, develop user training materials, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM and SuccessFactors product developments and industry best practices What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning). Experience in full-cycle implementation and post-go-live support projects. Good understanding of HR business processes and local HR regulations is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
