Senior & Sales Manager Freight Forwarding & Isotank

About the role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior & Sales Manager Freight Forwarding & Isotank to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining customer relationships within our freight forwarding and isotank operations. You will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong commercial acumen to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets in a competitive logistics environment.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for freight forwarding and isotank services to achieve and exceed revenue targets Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery

Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's client base and service offerings Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and performance management to ensure team objectives are met Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing to win contracts

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and contracts, producing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline

Represent PT Giant Transporter Indonesia at industry events, trade shows and client meetings to build brand visibility and partnerships Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies and industry standards in all freight forwarding and isotank operations What we're looking for
