About the role Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our automotive engineering division. This is a full-time position based in North Sulawesi, with potential coverage across Makassar, Manado, and Palembang. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, driving sales growth whilst providing expert technical guidance to clients in the automotive sector. This position is strategically important to our organisation as it directly impacts revenue generation and customer satisfaction in the region. Key Responsibilities Implement sales objectives and strategies for customers within the assigned areas to support our sales growth Support & develop our partners in the assigned areas to establish relationship with major end customers and to deliver the required service level to end customers Provide response and solutions to any quality complaint, after-sales service to customers Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers Identify, co-ordinate and implement training and product promotion to distributors and end users within the areas of responsibilities What we're looking
