Senior Sales Engineer

Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales at an EPC company, Tank, piping & mining.

Proficient product knowledge machinery for the food industry & Chemical Industry. Proficient in spoken and written English. Skilled in product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing.

Successful track record in generating new business (from potential customers to prospects). Understanding of market/customer/category mapping to identify opportunities. Having a driver's license and willing to travel on business.

Willing to be placed at Puri Indah Financial Tower, West Jakarta. Job Responsibilities: Serve customers as the primary contact for all business matters, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed, including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality assurance, warranty claims, etc.

Educate customers about the quality, features, and usage of our products through full use of company marketing materials. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to customers, focusing on technical advantages and potential solutions to increase sales. Provide fast and accurate technical solutions to customer issues to build customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
