The company is currently building a portfolio of nicotine-free functional pouches designed for energy, focus, relaxation, weight management, and vitality. These products are developed in collaboration with a leading digital health platform in Indonesia, with formulations reviewed by practicing doctors to ensure medical credibility. The Senior Product Development & R&D Manager will lead the product development process from end to end. This role goes beyond technical formulation; it requires a professional who can balance three critical aspects: the product's ingredients, the consumer's sensory experience, and regulatory compliance with BPOM standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in all three areas to ensure the products are both effective and market-ready.
