Location: Medan Office We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee telecommunications operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations, field operations, site management, and asset management, with a strong track record of managing operational performance, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and HSSE standards. Lead and manage regional telecommunications operations to ensure service quality, network reliability, and operational efficiency. Oversee Network Operations, Field Operations, Site Management, and Asset Management activities. Manage vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to ensure performance and contractual compliance. Develop, monitor, and evaluate operational KPIs, budgets, and cost-control initiatives (OPEX). Prepare and present operational reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, HSSE standards, and company policies. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to support business continuity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, business partners, and internal stakeholders. Support strategic projects and operational expansion initiatives across multiple regions. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management , or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial position .
