Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of IFRS/PSAK within the company is in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Conduct reviews and analyses of new accounting standards as well as amendments to existing standards.
Actively participate in all closing and audit processes. Provide recommendations regarding appropriate accounting treatments in accordance with IFRS/PSAK. Support external and internal audit processes related to accounting and financial reporting matters.
Prepare the required documentation, working papers, and financial statement disclosures. Coordinate with relevant business units to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IFRS, Technical Accounting, or Auditing.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IFRS and PSAK.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret accounting standards effectively.
- Proven ability to prepare technical accounting papers and accounting memoranda.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
