The Senior Learning and Development Manager will drive strategic learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role involves fostering employee growth and aligning training programs with the company's broader organizational goals. The manager will lead and oversee multiple teams, including the English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager, while utilizing innovative and scalable methods to deliver impactful training solutions.
